Sankyu Saudi Arabia announce that we are looking for an
Inventory Controller/ Spares part Engineer, Saudi National, - in our branch in Jubail
Requirements:
1- B.E. with over 6 years Degree Technical/Engineering qualification; Engineering Degree.
2- Essential to have a good knowledge of Excel, and a high level of previous experience of SAP.WMS, Work experience in Oilfield Cataloguing/ Materials, SAP WMS
3- English (Arabic language skills are advantages)
4- Significant experience in Spare Parts planning, and Material Cataloguing with Deliverable Particular reference to the Oil and Gas industry.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Maintain master data - Material, Vendor, and Equipment Master based on their MESC, Product and Service Group Code (PSGC), Valuation Class, and UNSPSC in SAP; maintained Bill of Material (BOM) & linked with corresponding equipment -adhere to material master attributes and equipment class for materials type like HIBE, NLAG, UNBW and HERS in SAP
2. Update Equipment Tag Number, Drawing Number, and Position Number of every material
3. Coordinate with end-users to obtain specific data from suppliers to correctly identify the materials in stock, or to create accurate catalog descriptions when there is no physical stock, and assist MSPD in specifying the right item to the supplier based on technically correct
4. Communicate and interface with vendors to check deliveries are sent out and delivered on time and communicate constantly with Warehouse Clerks about order
5. Assist in calculating the required inventory level based on forecasted usage and supply lead time.
