Job Description:
- Reads and Routes memo, facsimiles, and emails. Locates and attaches appropriate documents to correspondence, for distribution to relevant person.
- Compose and type routine correspondence, memo, etc
- Coordinate and arrange meetings by preparing agendas, reserving and preparing facilities. Records and transcribes minutes of meeting
- Review and summarize miscellaneous reports and documents
- Assist in forecast preparation and management
- Organizes and maintains filling system and make sure that it is updated on a timely basis
- Handling incoming and outgoing calls regarding any inquiries
- Ensures timely and accurate private/business travel arrangements
- Ensures the operability and security of the office equipment, do preventive maintenance and arrange for repairs, etc
- Perform other special assignments as requested by the superior
Requirements:
- Must have a bachelor degree/ higher diploma
- At least 5 years of experience
- Expertise in office management skills, skillful in operating office equipment, computer literate and dynamic
- Good command of English and Arabic Language (Spoken and written)
- Work Flexibility
- Male only
- Must be Saudi
