Solve technical problems.
Approaching end users and rectifying issues.
Supported IT manager in implementing network.


Next Cloud front-end management:
1. Nextcloud user creation and training.
2. Monitoring users to use nextcloud.
Emails
1. Create Email ID, configure email clients
2. Manage Email Forwarder, Autoreply
Desktop, Laptop and Printers
1. Operating system and application installation.
2. Maintain the list of Desktops, Laptops, Printers, IP Address, MAC address.
3. Printer configuration and monitoring working condition.
4. Internet and Email issues.
5. Wifi routers.
6.Monitoring CCTV camera and DVR system.
