1- University/or bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
2- Minimum 3 years of demonstrated/related professional experience as IT System Admin or Service Desk officer.
3- Fluent in Arabic & English
4- Saudis Only
-Experience required-
Install, configure, and update software’s/applications and computer systems, networks, printers, scanners, and all company IT related equipment.
Troubleshoot, resolve issues with software or hardware & support all staff or clients for any IT related issues e.g., establish accounts for new users and assist with password or login problems.
Maintain procedures and reports that provide technical support to the entire organization.
Test, evaluate, recommend & support the implementation of new technology/solutions, special software’s or applications for company use and give training to staff.
Digital Media screen system administration and maintenance (PHP, WORDPRESS, MYSQL).
Maintain Data Management protocol, website maintenance,
SEO (HTML, CSS, WORDPRESS) upgradation/add new features in Visitor Management System (SQL2008, C#, MVC).
Network maintenance, administration user of Question Pro 'Survey application' (create new surveys, monitor and respond surveys, generated reports) and HQBP portal (PHP, MYSQL).
