We are looking to hire a Marketing Manager who will be in charge of overseeing the promotion of our company's brands. Governance of web and mobile digital experiences to drive experiential alignment and collaboration with the key functions across Marketing (Brand, Strategy, and Field Marketing) and outside of Marketing (Programs, Operations, Partnership, Resource Management, and Capital Improvements).
Job Responsibilities:
• Own the digital media platforms, including web and social media sites, and work with stakeholders, creatives, and developers to create compelling, effective, and innovative online experiences that drive impact for our operations and our customers.
• Build new user experiences and enhance user experiences to drive more visits, improve engagement with our content on the website, optimize lead capture, drive ecommerce sales, and improve conversions from web traffic to sales opportunities.
• Support leadership in defining the digital experience vision for our customer segment(s).
• Create and maintain a digital experience roadmap and release plan by establishing a cadence for and opportunities to ideate, prioritize, review, publish and socialize our roadmap with leadership and stakeholders.
• Owners and Program Managers to prioritize, monitor, and deliver work to support our business initiatives and enterprise digital marketing transformation initiatives.
• Drive program delivery of our roadmap by working with Digital Content Manage our digital marketing asset portfolio in terms of monitoring systems, monitoring customer feedback to ensure we are delivering an optimal customer experience, as well as in terms of leveraging the full capabilities of our business systems.
• Examples of digital assets include our websites, e-commerce stores, renewal experiences; self -service tolls, etc. Lead/ support business transformation initiatives related to Digital Marketing, as directed.
• Identifying new customers.
• Supporting sales and lead generation efforts.
• Developing and managing advertising campaigns.
• Understanding and developing budgets, including expenditures, research and development appropriations, return-on-investment and profit-loss projections.
• Compiling lists describing our organization's offerings.
• Organizing company conferences, trade shows, and major events.
• Building brand awareness and positioning.
• Evaluating and maintaining a marketing strategy.
• Directing, planning and coordinating marketing efforts.
• Communicating the marketing plan.
• Developing each marketing campaign from start to finish.
• Researching demand for the organization's products and services.
• Evaluating competitors.
• Handling social media, public relation efforts, and content marketing.
