We are looking for a “ PC agent position”

Job responsibilities:
1. Provide solutions to customers through telephone hotline, email, or network chatting for PC problems. The services include fault diagnosis, Service center repair appointment, software consultation, and service information query.
2. Mainly handles and answers difficult PC questions transferred by frontline agents and handles problems escalated by them
3.Prepares FAQ of difficult PC questions to improve the team's problem-solving ability.

Position requirements:
1. Formal college graduate in Electronics, communications,computer, etc
2. At least 2 years PC repairs experience
3.Good skill on OS (Windows/Linux)
4.Proficient in using multimedia software.

At least one of the following certificates is necessary:
1) Certificates of professional skills: Computer repair worker certificate or Network terminal repair worker certificate issued by the Labor and Social Security Center
2) National Computer Level Examination level 2
(3) PC Enterprise skill certification such as Lenovo/Dell/HP certification service engineer etc.
