Job Description:
- Receive orders from the sales team and create new items on the system.
- Track item stock availability and keep the sales team up-to-date.
- Communicate with the Procurement Team to release orders for non-stock items.
- Ensure all materials are stocked up in a timely manner at the warehouse at all times.
- Make invoices and generate necessary sales reports from the system.
- Coordinate with all departments to fulfil the customer orders.
Job Requirement:
- Strong English speaking and writing
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Graduate with under 3 years experience in the position, preferably within the IT industry
- Microsoft Dynamics GP and Inventory Management is a must
