CONSTRUCTION DEPARTMENT – SAUDI ARABIA
We are accepting applications for the following positions:
• Graduate of Polytechnic/University or other recognized academy in Civil Engineering.
• At least 8 years experience in Civil works especially for infrastructures, Sewerage lines, Potable water lines, and building projects.
• Excellent knowledge of the Arabic & English language - written and oral. (the Arabic language will be preferable)
• Recognize and understand construction Infrastructure networks (Saudi’s Ministry of Housing Projects), mechanical (Sewer, storm, potable water, irrigation networks, architectural, structural, drawings, and detail drawings.
• Identify requirements in information due to gaps in documents, details, and drawings. Identify requirements in information due to differences between specifications, drawings, and detail drawings.
• Organizing the personnel and work-sharing.
• Instructions for execution accordingly to the schedule of works, the drawings, and specifications of the work.
• Cost Control of submissions and preparation for submission (variation orders) in collaboration with the Project Manager.
• Measurement quantities of subcontractors’ payment certificates and approval for payment.
• Record of working hours, additional work, and the side diary (joint management).
• Follow the weekly schedule of work (that the Project Manager makes) and discuss with all the participants on the side.
• Monitoring of the needs of materials, subcontractors, and public services through schedules.
• Good knowledge of computer software (AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, Primavera, etc.)
