1. To have full ownership and accountability for the leasing of a residential compound in Riyadh both B2B and B2C , to meet financial and occupancy targets set by annual financial plans
2. Be accountable for reporting, managing and documenting enquiries move in -Move out procedures prepare lease agreements. Maintaining a full schedule of leased units and available units providing regular updates to concerned stakeholders via the Senior property manager
The leasing officer will be responsible for all leasing related responsibilities on a compound which has in excess of 700 units ranging from Bachelor to 5 bed Executive Villas.
They will ensure that the contractual obligations to our client and customers are met and exceeded in a consistent, proactive and professional manner, in keeping with the values and policies of the site-based team. Providing an exceptional tenant experience from first contact through to move-out while meeting financial targets.
Assisting with screening and qualifying of potential tenants
The Leasing officer will work closely with the wider site team, to ensure site visits are well planned and the compound is always looking its best whilst maintaining world class customer service.
Maintain working knowledge of the of the property/compound market within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and report on industry pricing across the Riyadh compounds on a regular basis
Prepare properties for viewings, working alongside the on site team to ensure all units are presented in line with the site standards.
Portray the compound amenities in a positive fashion
Use a variety of methods to advertise, generating leads and market awareness
Ensure maximum occupancy is achieved and maintained.
Ensure New tenants are on-boarded with clear understanding of the services, rules and regulations of the compound, contribute to content of tenant handbook, and related policies
Ensure termination, return of premises are completed in accordance with lease contract
Manage renewals, contract extensions
All other related tasks as required (and requested by Senior Property Manager, Head of PM/FM)
