ARCHITECT / URBAN DESIGN / LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT
JOB ROLE
o Assist the line manager in assessing potential opportunities nationwide.
o Coordinate with governmental authorities for submissions and approvals.
o Participate in developing bidding technical/commercial proposals.
o Participate in the design process ranging from master planning, architecture, and interior design to landscape design.
o Assist the project managers in coordinating with the design teams throughout the company’s international offices and sub-consultants.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
o Saudi Nationals only.
o Experience 1 – 5 years.
o Proficiency in English is a prerequisite.
o Excellent presentation skills.
o Excellent verbal/written communication skills.
o Proficiency in BIM is preferred.
