Degree: Minimum BSc Degree in an IT Discipline
Experience :
1 – 2 Years of Experience
Very strong domain knowledge about Network Switching, Routing, and Security.
Computer Skills
MS Office Suite
Knowledge of Dashboards
Network infrastructure management software Network diagnosis and analysis tools
Network infrastructure management software
Languages
English

Location : Saudi Arabia – Jeddah
Saudi Nationality Only ( Male – Female)




Job Description

Manage, maintain, configure, and support company LAN including Core and Access Switching Systems in
Head Office as well as in branches, remote offices, and warehouses, connectivity to servers, users,
Printers, IP phones, IP cameras, etc.
Manage, maintain, configure, and support Network layer 2 and 3 security policies.
Manage, maintain, configure, and support Routing Systems in Head Office as well as in branches, remote
Offices, and warehouses.
Manage, maintain, and support Internet connections and services in Head Office as well as in branches,
Remote offices, and warehouses. Including setting up internet access policies and managing users’
Privileges.
Manage, maintain, configure, and support Wireless LAN (WiFi) Systems, Branches Interconnectivity - Wide
Area Connections, Access Door System, Remote Access System, DHCP Systems, and Perimeter Security
Systems in Head Office as well as in branches, remote offices, and warehouses.
Provide coaching for customer service team to be able to provide level 1 support services.
Spread user awareness to understand, accept, and adopt policies and changes.
Communicate with Internet service Providers, suppliers, and vendors.
Manage network traffic prioritization and optimization.
Overseeing projects related to responsibilities and supporting other teams’ projects by arranging and

Planning relevant activities and tasks.
Manage and maintain documents related to responsibilities.
Troubleshoot problems related to responsibilities.
People Management
Provide technical and/or conceptual demonstrations in-house and on-site to customers/prospects on
Infrastructure & security.
Build the team’s capabilities by ensuring ongoing on-the-job training, coaching, and regular 1:1 feedback to
Maximize their potential and capitalize on their strengths.
Identify training needs for the team to ensure their continuous development and boost their performance.
Cascade down the company’s strategies and individual KPIs to the team properly to ensure awareness and
Ownership.
