Looking for a: - (Hr Specialist )
• Managing the cycle for HR Policies - Revisions & Approvals.
• Managing renewal of Staffing Agreements for distributors.
• Onboarding prosses
• Hiring prosses
• Payroll
• Regional HQ set up in Saudi – manage employee moves to new RHQ.
• Familiarity with government relations
• Coordinate Projects relating to employee transfers.
• Manage Agenda of HR team Meetings.
• Manage HR SharePoint & shared folders.
• Local Onboarding (assigning buddies, welcome kit, new joiner communication, etc..)
Experience: +3Years in the same field.
Qualification: At least BA degree in human Resources or related fields
English: Must be fluent.
