•2 to 3 year experience in the same position
•Manage and oversee the results of Customer Interactions through (IB / OB / Digital) channels through his/her team for the various services.
•Manage all related Interface and contact with IT/HR/ Training/Quality.
•Manage all daily tasks of operation.
