Requirements:
Saudi Arabia Nationality
bachelor’s degree in human resources
Fresh Graduate or 1-2 years’ experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent in using Excel and PowerPoint & presentation
Fluent - Arabic / good- English
Responsibilities:
Support the head of training to implement orientation programs for new employees.
Implement the cooperative training program
Achieve internal and external communication goals and achieve employee participation and integration goals
Develop an organized communication plan
Maintain and update trainee records and submit reports
Achieve employee distinction goals by creating a successful employee experience
