Qualifications & Skills
BSc education or equivalent with demonstrated strong subject matter expertise
Two years experience as a welder
Knowledge of welding machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance
Knowledge of current industry practice
Five years experience in teaching adult trainees including industry training
College level teaching/working experience
Excellent communication skills and high computer literacy
Responsibilities
Deliver instruction to students in the diverse areas of welding, i.e., FCAW, MIG, TIG, Stick, brazing, flame cutting and plastic welding, hand and semi-automatic and automatic welding processes
Apply and instruct students in all related safety procedures and industry protocols
Ensure that industry standards are incorporated into the training program
Deliver training in the proper use of welding tools and equipment
Transferable Iqama is required for Non-Saudi applicants
