key Responsibility

Plan and coordinate daily production engineering processes to ensure the production of high-quality products.
Develop and implement operational strategies that align with production and financial objectives.
Identify unsafe operations and practices, reporting them immediately to the Manager for corrective action.
Provide engineering support to production and maintenance teams to optimize production efficiency.
Evaluate current production activities, offering recommendations for improvement.
Drive cost reduction initiatives while maintaining the highest quality standards in production processes.
Develop clear operating instructions and detailed equipment specifications to enhance production activities.
Provide training and guidance to team members, ensuring they meet production goals.
Stay updated on industry trends, product specifications, and engineering technologies to apply cutting-edge solutions to the production process.
Develop and implement best practices to improve production capacity, quality, and reliability.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related field).
Proven experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to evaluate and improve production processes
