Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline preferably having certification in secretarial courses
experience:
3-5 years of experience in handling the offices of management executives or lawyers
Age & gender:
25-45 years - male/female
skills:
- smart, dynamic and resourceful.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- organize the works of the lawyers
- organize calendar of cases and follow up with attorneys to attend.
- Assist lawyers in typing memos, opinions, agreements.
- Follow up on issues to ensure that the lawyers do not lose the track.
- organize paper, data and files for quick retrieval (information on finger tips).
- Communicate effectively and proficiently (preferably in English and Arabic).
- Conduct research on the internet on variety of legal and other matters.
- Proficient in popular computer applications.
Salary Scale:
SR.3,500-SR.4,000 plus regular benefits.
