POSITIONS:

Positions (1-5) require a Bachelor degree or equivalent in the corresponding field. Applicants without a Bachelor degree but with significant related experience will also be

considered.

1- Manager , Sales and Customer Service

Duties:
Responsible for implementing sales plans developed with marketing department, setting sales targets with district and regional managers, managing all sales effort against

targets and reporting to management, providing support to marketing in preparing new products, collecting, filtering, channelling and acting on the needs and concerns of

customers, overall responsibility for developing sales and customer care processes and procedures, compiling the sales and customer service input to the corporate,

business and operational plans, contributing to the formulation and communication of SaudiNet corporate strategy.

Requirements:

At least five years sales experience preferably in sale of Internet Services or a closely related field, of which at least two years should be at sales manager level.
Proven track record in sales, supported by references / testimonials.
Degree or equivalent in marketing or sales or other qualification appropriate to the job.
Fluency in spoken and written Arabic and English is essential.

2- Senior Account Manager
A minimum of 7 years experience in the marketing and sales of the Internet and data Communication products and services and IT related fields with good experience in

account management of Internet and data communication customers.
Must have excellent communication skills. Must be capable of preparing bilingual technical and commercial proposals and informative periodic reports.

3- Sales Engineer
A minimum of 3 years experience in sales to the mass market of which 2 years should have been within sales in the Internet or telecommunication business.
Must have strong knowledge of Internet and telecom products and services.
Must have excellent presentation skills and written/oral communication skill in English and Arabic.

4- System Administrator
A minimum of 3 years experience in IT with at least 2 years in UNIX administration.
Strong background in UNIX or NT operating systems, SMTP, NNTP, DNS, NFS, FTP, Telnet, WWW, PPP, remote printing, remote access & management and security.

5- Network Specialist
Good knowledge of data communication network technologies and network devices such as routers, hubs, CSU/DSUs, modems, switches, LANs, etc.
Experience in TCP/IP and in configuring Cisco routers, access servers, network application clients for POP/SMTP, News, FTP, WWW, and remote printing. Professional

certification is a plus.

6- Customer Care Representative
Strong background in PCs/******s 95/98 and MS Office software and data entry (Arabic/English) is required. Experience in technical support/customer service is preferred

especially in an ISP or IT environment and familiarity with Internet is a plus.
Must be courteous and have excellent communication skills.

7- Network Technician
Technical Diploma with a minimum of 3 years experience in telecom and data networks.
Good experience in network cabling and trouble shooting.
Good knowledge and experience in the installation and testing of LAN/WAN devices.

8- Web Publisher/ Editor
Duties:

Responsible for developing and updating marketing & sales and general customer information for SaudiNet's web sites, including design, layout and implementation /

publishing of the material on the web sites. Responsible for developing and publishing paper-based and web based newsletters.

Requirements:

First class ability to write clearly and concisely in Arabic and English, demonstrated through examples of published works.
Skilled in standard packages, (Graphics tools, Web Authoring tools, and desktop publishing, etc.). Design flair.
Programing background such as UNIX, ASP, PHP, Oracle, MySQL, Java /Java****** /JSP would be a distinct advantage.
