Operations Regional Manager (Age from 20 to 26 with university degree

Tas'Healt is operations division is going to create a job program addressed to attract, select, train, and promote best young graduates to become Tas'Helat future managers. The duration of the program is 4 years and will be split into four stages. In each stage, there would different assignments and training program courses associated with.
Program Stages:
· 1st from 18 to 24 months within Operations (supervisor)
· 2nd for 12 months to move within: logistics, sales, marketing, network dev. (supervisor)
· 3rd for 12 months to move within: logistics, sales, marketing, network dev. (supervisor) OR project assignment
· 4th would be offered a management position: regional mgr., maintenance mgr, logistics mgr, sales mgr, network dev mgr, marketing mgr.
