Job Description

Engaged in both new business and existing accounts, you'll define and implement sales strategies and plans that will outperform quota and deliver net profit.
And, integrated with the local sales team and liaising with marketing, manufacturing and service specialists, you'll ensure that we deliver the most coherent, best in class solutions our customers could wish for.

Job Description




The Technical Consultant (TC) contributes to develop long-term business relationship with named Public / Private, Corporate / Enterprise Accounts to achieve strong trusted advisor relationship. This responsibility will be accomplished by establishing a professional working relationship with the client, and by developing a core understanding of the unique business needs of the client within their industry. In this role, the TC represents the company to the customer and the customer to the company in all pre-sales activities.





The TC is responsible for consulting with customers and related channel partners / resellers in selling and supporting IPG products and solutions to IPG named accounts (customers). Provides technical support in sales presentations, product demonstrations, customer training and delivery of IPG products and solutions. Understands, develops and delivers systems/applications solutions to customer's business, information, technical and educational needs.



Major requirement is the ability to tailor strategy and solutions to meet the needs of the customer and interface with both internal and external/industry experts to anticipate customer needs and facilitate solution development.










Qualifications- Degree in computer engineering, computer science, electrical engineering or related
- 3 years work experience in IT sales, engineering / administration or consulting
- proven sound technical insight into current IT technologies (networking, desktop/mobile computing, document workflow systems)
- proven sound insight into printing requirements of endusers, available technologies, products and vendors
- background on document management / workflow automation
- excellent arabic and english language skills
- proven excellent presentation and analytical skills
- willingness to travel
- learning attitude
