1. Positions in Accounts Department
Key Responsibilities:
• General accounting activities
• To manage time lines, budgets, schedules and billing
• To assist the full account team with accounts and computer tasks
• Generate regular financial reports
Education/Experience/Skills/Others/Required:
• Degree/Diploma in Accounting with sound accounting knowledge
• Must be detail-minded and able to juggle multiple projects and clients in a deadline-driven and creative environment
• Able to work with minimal supervision in a team environment
• The ability to learn and adapt to new programs and applications is essential
• Proficiency in MS Office package and fluency in verbal and written English are required.
2. Projects and Maintenance Engineer
Key Responsibilities:
• Over-all supervision of Property staff with the full responsibility of ensuring efficiency in daily operations of the Property Section.
• To carry out primary administration responsibilities for the section.
• To control of staff attendance & leave schedules
• To mediate as an Internal Consultant by monitoring client’s requirement with the contracting companies for new projects.
• Management of lease and maintenance contracts
• Liaise with other Departments and Divisions for all Property maintenance and upgrading requirements
• Maintain financial records, prepare LPO’s, CEA’s & MAA’s and keep proper records of expenses
• Maintain proper assets listing.
• Administration control of security personnel.
Education/Experience/Skills/Other Required:
• Degree in Civil Engineering with 7-8 years experience in management of electro-mechanical, plumbing, masonry and A/C maintenance and repairs in residential and
commercial environment.
• Leadership Skills with the experience of working in a good company with a mix of nationalities.
• Good communications skills in English. Knowledge of other languages desirable.
• UAE driver’s license.
3. Senior Travel Consultant / Travel Consultant
Key Areas of Responsibilities:
• Provide high quality service and build strong relationship to client and customers.
• Plan and arrange itineraries and tour packages.
• Identify sales opportunities.
• Handle queries raised in a professional manner and to agreed standards in order to meet customer expectations.
Education/Experience/Skills/Other Required:
• Graduate and minimum 2-5 years travel experience.
• Strong understanding of local/international travel procedures.
• Excellent working knowledge of world geography.
• Must have excellent customer service, presentation and English communication skills.
• Must be a good team player.
• Preference will be given to IATA qualification and to Bilingual (Arabic & English).
4. Marine Travel Consultant
Key Areas of Responsibilities:
• Provide high quality service and build strong relationship to client and customers.
• Plan and arrange itineraries and tour packages.
• Identify sales opportunities.
• Handle queries raised in a professional manner and to agreed standards in order to meet customer expectations.
Education/Experience/Skills/Other Required:
• Graduate and minimum 2-4 years experience with excellent working knowledge of Seaman off signer / on signer travel requirements.
• Strong understanding of local/international travel procedures
• Must have excellent customer service, presentation and English communication skills.
• Must be a good team player.
• Preference will be given to IATA qualification
