بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم Industrial Training Quality Assurance Auditorالشركة السعودية للكهرباء Provide the Human Resources Development Executive Director with: 1) An independent, impartial and unbiased assessment of the quality of the company′s Industrial Training Program (ITP), technical training staff, internal controls and administrative processes; 2) Recommendations for continuous improvements including operating efficiency and internal controls. المهارات المطلوبة Carry out an independent appraisal of the effectiveness of the policies, procedures and standards of the company′s ITP. Review program consistency, stability, continuity, standards of acceptable performance and the means of effetively coordinating the efforts of the industrial training staff. Evaluate existing programs utilizing well-established, recognized and well-defined auditing procedures in an industrial training setting of a major power utility company. Focus on the roles, duties and responsibilities of the staff including the Technical Training Sections Heads, Senior Instructors and Technical Training Industructors. Analyze and asess all available instructor evolution forms, directories, policies and procedures through the free and unrestricted access to Industrial Training Program information including but not limited to paper/c records, handbooks, evaluations/s and personnel. Recognized professional qualification in Engineering with ten years relevant training experience in a power utility environment desired. Must be a self-starter and self-motivator with a demonstrated ability to work unsupervised in a power utility environment. Computer literate in Microsoft Office.
