Job description
• Is directly responsible for the efficient performance of the following equipment:
• Steam plant and auxiliary systems.
• Water softening plant
• Steam connected kitchen, laundry equipment.
• Domestic water heating plants.
• Swimming Pool and Sauna heat exchangers.
• Coordinates with Assistant Chief Engineer for modifications and installation of new equipment.
• Assures comprehensive operational safety measures in connection with the handling of steam equipment.
• Collaborates with Assistant Chief Engineer with regards to application of chemicals for water treatment purposes related to the steam plant.
• Evaluates and proposes PM and PrevM procedures.
• Establishes control procedures, operating manuals and PM and PrevM schedules.
• Administers all matters related to his field of jurisdiction.
• Keeps the steam plant room and its surroundings clean and proper.
• Carries out duties that may from time to time be assigned to him by the Chief Engineer or his immediate superior.

Job description
A world class ultra luxury hotel collection in Riyadh - Al Faisaliah Hotel/Hotel Al Khozama, A Rosewood Hotel with exceptional business, sets in the heart of the Commercial and Government city is urgently required a Kitchen / Laundry Technician
This position is concerned with the upkeep and repair of all equipment and machines in kitchens, pantries, laundries including but not limited to:
Gas and electric *****ng equipment, e.g. stoves, ovens, deep fryers, grills etc. all preparatory equipment e.g. cutters, slicers, peelers and mincers, coffee machines, juicers, scales, mixers and all kinds of dish washers and the laundries including but not limited to washers, dryers, dry-cleaners, flat *******, presses and folders. This position will ******* work with electrical, mechanical and steam equipments.
* Will share the mechanical and electrical workshops, will cooperate with other staff and ensure proper housekeeping of the workshops and work areas.
* Is responsible for tools, machinery and equipment under his supervision.
* Will work in close coordination with the Food & Beverage Department to ascertain where his skills are most needed and where and when to inconvenient the chefs, ****s and stewards the least and at the same time ensure that all equipment are working to their fullest potential.
* Will work in close coordination with the Laundry Department to ascertain where his skills are most needed and where and when to inconvenient the operation of the laundry the least but at the same time ensure that all machines are working to their fullest potential.
* Keeps his supervisor fully informed of the progress of his work and how it effects the operation of the Hotel.
* Carries out other duties that may from time to time be assigned to him by his superiors.
