DESIGN ENGINEERING RESOURCES
Discipline Managers with 15+ years and Engineers with 10+ years of
relevant experience in Oil and Gas with detail engineering / concept/ feasibility and FEED experience.
PROCESS:
Chemical engineers with experience in process simulation,
PFD and P&ID development, equipment, sizing, system hydraulic calculations, safety valves & flare sizing.
PIPING:
Mechanical engineers with experience in piping layouts,
materials, stress analysis and well versed in PDS / PDMS.
ROTARY EQUIPMENT:
Mechanical engineers with experience in selection, design
and engineering of rotating equipments such as
compressors, pumps, gas turbines, steam turbines and utility packages.
STATIC EQUIPMENT:
Mechanical engineers with experience in design and engineering
of pressure vehicles, heat exchangers, tanks, flares and various
related packages like hot oil units. TEG packages, furnaces and reformers.
CIVIL & STRUCTURAL:
Civil engineers with experience in structural design of petrochemical
projects. Should be able to handle steel & RCC structures, rotating
equipment foundations and be conversant with handling
softwares like STAAD Pro. GTSRUDL and MATHCAD.
ELECTRICAL:
Electrical engineers with experience in equipments for hazardous
areas, heat tracing, cathodic protection, transmission lines and
GIS sub stations. Should be well versed with ETAP, EDSA, CYME or SKM.
INSTRUMENTATION:
Instrumentation engineers with experience in control systems, foundation
field bus instruments, shutdown systems, safety studies such as HAZOP
& SIL, preparation of instrument specifications and data sheets.
TELECOM:
Telecommunication engineers with experience in optical fiber
transmission and multiplexing, voice switching. PABX key telephone
systems, microwave radio / TDMA radio, VHF-UHF and satellite communication.
****LLURGISTS:
****llurgical engineers with experience in material
selection, chemical treatment, Corrosivity studies.
HSE/ RISK ANALYSIS:
Chemical engineers with experience in fire, explosive & dispersion
modeling, QRA, risk control measures to demonstrate
ALARP, fire & explosion risk assessment, safety studies
like HAZID, HAZOP, SIL Escape & Evacuation studies.
DESIGNERS (Piping / Pipeline / Mechanical / Process
/ Electrical / Instrumentation / Telecom):
Candidate with 10+years experience in PDS, PDMS,
XSTEEL, Micro station, Raceways & INTOOLS.
CONSTRUCTION RESOURCES
Qualified engineers with construction experience
are required for various site ********s
