ACCOUNTING FUNCTIONAL MANAGER
[align=left] بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته،، شركة وطنية كبرى تعلن عن الوظيفة التالية : ACCOUNTING FUNCTIONAL MANAGER The Accounting Manager will be responsible mainly for keeping all financial records of the program/project, to ******* asset management, billing, payment schedule, and deliverable management. He will coordinate requirements for resource stakeholders, both internal and external, and will deliver financial disclosure certification of project Vendor/stakeholder. In this role, he will report directly to the Administration Office Manager. Duties and Responsibilities in Details Participating in Formulating Policies, Goals and Proposing Strategies · Participate in the drafting/compilation of project documentation, reviewing and evaluating work methods · and such activities to serve projects’ goals and plans. · Assist with improvements and the effectiveness of project management. Executive and Technical Duties · Develop Monthly and Annual Financial Statement reporting. · Establishes program accounting and budgeting policies, guidelines, and standards. · Provide Interim Billing reporting. · Maintain Stakeholders Time records. · Coordinate deliverable and asset management activities. · Develop, update, and maintain program leadership awareness of IMS/WBS financial report. · Act as subject matter expert to determine applicable accounting or budgeting impacts of change · requests to Vendor’s integrated master schedule (IMS). General Administrative Duties · Ensure preparation and submission of financial and admin-related reports regarding the project in a timely · manner. · Perform other duties related to the job as assigned by the Administration and Finance Manager. Required Educational Level: B.S. in Commerce or Business Administration, major in Accounting preferred. Certified Public Accountant or its *****alent. Required Experience: · Basic experience needed, on discretion and evaluation of the Program Director · 5 years experience in Program and Project Asset Management and Accounting · Accounting application for Program and Project Management · Logistic, Warehousing Inventory Valuation · Billing Process · Deliverable and Milestone Payment Scheduling/Management Required Competencies Professional Knowledge: · Excellent IT application systems knowledge · Very good analytical and conceptual skills · Intercultural competence · Team player · Cost and quality sensitiveness Strong service orientation and delivery focus · Flexible / adaptable / enthusiastic / motivated / self-confident · Ability to work with highly confidential information · Ability to work under pressure and according to deadlines Special Knowledge: Skills & Abilities: · Communication Skills. - Computer skills. · Planning and Organizing. - Problem solving. · Systematic and analytical thinking.
