5. Flight Dispatcher Ref: OPS/FD/09/07
Job Purpose
To provide a critical support function to the company’s aircraft operation by accurately generating flight plans and responding quickly and efficiently to ATC slots issued, in order to optimise OTP.
Responsibilities- Prepares operational flight plans taking into account fuel requirements and safety limits.
- Produces and file Flight Plans with ATC.
- Generates computerized flight dispatch services.
- Analyses NOTAMS and weather data. Calculate RTOW and ZFW as required.
- Maintains flight watch.
- Prepares and provides pre-flight briefings to flying crew.
- Sends and verifies receipts of flight documentation.
- Undertakes a range of flight planning processes, in support of, and as directed by the Operations Controller.

6. Crew Scheduler Ref: OPS/CS/09/07
Key Result Areas
- Issues monthly crew schedules (both flight and cabin crew) in accordance with Air Arabia scheduling and duty time limitation policy.
- Records and monitors crew timings/duty hours, license validity, simulation requirements, medical validity etc.. to ensure compliance with GCAA regulations.
- Ensures flights are scheduled with correct crew composition.
- Co-ordinates with crew on changes in schedules and notifies amendments to assigned schedules, if any.
- Manages flight disruptions both at **** and away from ****.
- Maintains crew records of total flying, sick days, and emergency leave etc.., if any.

Key Accountabilities
- Manage and successfully deliver assigned distribution projects and solutions from an early strategy development phase to final and completed project execution to corporate standards and within agreed cost and timescales.
