The IT Manager should be a seasoned professional with broad IT knowledge and rich hands on experience to enable him to develop and implement robust IT strategy. The successful candidate should have:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer science / engineering / technology.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
• 8+ years in a technology field including experience with Contact Center infrastructure and Data Networks
• Project management expertise, PMP is a plus.
