INE ENGINEER
Reporting to: Production Engineer

Basic Function/s:

1. To maximize case output from Production Line.

2. To implement M&W calculation (please see attached M&W RAMS)

3. To ensure the effective utilization and/or administration of manpower and material resources within his jurisdiction.

Specific Duties:

1. To assure all positions in the Production Lines are manner prior to operations.

2. To maintain product Quality and to take responsibility when the Quality does not meet standards.

3. To take immediate corrective action/s when break down occurs.

4. To ensure all areas under his jurisdiction are clean and orderly.

5. To write report/s on production, efficiency, attendance, manning accidents and downtime/s during the shift.

6. To initiate and encourage team work and cooperation among his men.

7. To keep material and time wastage to a minimum and ensure proper use of machineries and equipments.

8. To ensure implementation of safety regulations and investigate causes of industrial accidents and submit corresponding recommendations.

Qualifications:
· B.S. Degree in Engineering

· 5 years experience in Beverage Industry
