Job Description
Support continuous operation of an information technology (IT) system requiring high-availability and reliability. Work with end-users to ensure proper operation, including troubleshooting unexpected problems. Maintain a Windows Server 2008, including a virtual clustered environment, and Windows 7/XP environment for approximately 100 users, including a Microsoft SQL 2008 cluster. Manage backup and data protection software to ensure high reliability.
Required Personnel Qualifications
• Minimum 2 years with MCSE, MCITP, MCDBA, and CCNA certifications
• 4-8 years of experience working with similarly complex systems
• Fluent English and Arabic speaker
• Experience with supporting various computer hardware and components
• Skills with pr***ding guidance and training to IT users
• Proficient in standard Microsoft Office tools (e.g., Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
• Strong analytical and inter-personality skills
Desired Personnel Qualifications
• Familiar with physical security products such as CCTV
• Ability to work with minimal or no supervision
• Experience with set up and operation of s**** and medium scale audi***sual systems (audio/video integration)
• Experience with set up and operation of Cisco Video Teleconferencing solutions
Required Education
• Microsoft Certified System Engineer (MCSE) certified
• Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) certified
• Microsoft Certified Database Administrator (MCDBA) certified
• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) with an emphasis in routing and switching
Experience may be substituted in lieu of certifications.
