HR Coordinator
Job Description
1. Regular, productive communication and coordination with all employees especially In-store Staff and departments, in order to achieve all relevant HR goals including complains of personnel practices.
2. Follow and support employees’ health insurance.
3. Collaborate with line manager for relevant HR initiatives.
4. Support Personnel Manager in HR process in administrative issues.
5. Assist in the recruitment process by advertising job vacancies, performing CV screening, administering ability test, scheduling interviews, maintaining updated assessment records and CV archives.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor Degree in relevant areas, BA, economy, accountant, Phycology.
2. Excellent Communication Skills
3. No prior Experience Required
4. Good knowledge of dealing with people.
5. Ability to perform many tasks at one time.
