Operations Management within logistics is all about what goes on in the warehouse - otherwise known as the front line of the Supply Chain business. Operations Management Graduates experience a range of structured placements across a variety of sites, which might ******* working with customers in our retail, healthcare or technology sectors. All graduates are supported to develop their skills to ensure early responsibility and fast progression into operational management roles such as Transport Manager, Project Manager, Shift Manager or Contract Compliance Manager.

As an Operations Management Graduate you will learn from the challenge of working in a real role with real responsibilities. A diverse range of career and development opportunities will help ensure you achieve your career and personal goals and *******:
• An 18 month structured program
• Three placements of six months
• Based in a warehouse learning about different areas of the operation
• Early responsibility and fast progression
• Experience of working within fast paced sites and environments
• A framework of personal development modules focusing on managerial skills
• Regular performance feedback and personal development planning
