Leadership & Organization Development Consultant
Salary
105,000.00 - 130,000.00
Description Summary: Reporting in to the Leadership Development Division of the Training & Career Development organization, these positions will function as lead consultant to a small team that will interface and consult to senior management & executive staff in the assessment, evaluation, development, and implementation of processes and strategies to address business unit major issues which may include: change management, business process improvement, team alignment, performance management, leadership, systems thinking, and survey guided action research. This position is available on either single or family status.
Employer will assist with re******** costs. Compensation: $105-130K Base + + Expatriate Premium, Overseas Cost Differential, Educational Allowances, Paid Annual Repatriation Costs and tax considerations. Re********: Yes-Both expatriation and repatriation
Requirements Education/Experience: Requires BS/BA degree, Masters a plus, with a minimum of 15 years in Organization Development, Organization Effectiveness, or Human Resource Development in large, diversified corporate environments. Demonstrated ability to consult at senior management & executive levels; assess organizational structure, direction, strategy, and identify & initiate successful interventions; develop a contractual definitive project agreement with senior client managers & executives on the scope, process, timeline, and expected outcomes; execute, lead (possibly a small team), & facilitate the process from inception to completion. Position holder will have demonstrated excellent influencing, consulting, coaching, & verbal and written communication skills. Any international experience working with multi-culture client groups is a plus. Experience in petrochemical related industry a plus.
