2) 3 to 5 years in IT Technology Management.
3) Minimum of 3 years experience in Service Desk setup project.
4)ITIL Foundation Certified (is a MUST)
5)Minimum of 3 years experience with the CA Unicenter Service Desk and Knowledge tool set.
6)MS SQL & Oracle Database Knowledge
7)Knowledge of java scripting (JavaScript) and html programming
8)Background in publishing and maintaining documents and tech notes in the knowledge base.
9)Knowledge of Crystal Report
