Excellent Call Center Opportunity – Work with a Reputed Organization
We are currently looking out for Customer Service Executives/Team Leaders/ Call Quality Specialists and Trainers for the Call Center Operation.
Candidates having good command over both English and Arabic and willing to work in shifts and on weekends shall apply.
Profile of Candidates applying for:
CALL CENTER EXECUTIVES
Candidates already working in International Call Centers will be given the highest priority.
Fresher’s can apply. University Graduates will be preferred.
Minimum eligibility: Candidates must have passed Secondary Education with at least 60% Grade.
TEAM LEADERS
For the role of Team Leader, it is essential that the candidate has relevant Call Center Experience of at least 2-3 years.
Minimum Eligibility: Candidate must be a University Graduate, with good command over both Arabic and English Language.
TRAINERS / CALL QUALITY SPECIALISTS
For the role of Trainers/Call Quality Specialists, candidate must have work experience as a trainer /Call Quality Specialist in a reputed Call Center for at least 2-3 years.
Minimum Eligibility: Candidate must be a University Graduate, with good command over both Arabic and English Language.
