- your job objective is minimizing your opportunities to international companies or institutes. By the way, their environment will never suit you.

- I really like the way you wrote your points. This makes easier for the reader. However, in your experience, you should give more details about the periods of each one and I advice you to go for Microsoft word tables.

- your skills are missed up !. You keep repeating the same thing about your writing skills.
you could say:
- Excellent English writing, speaking, and translation skills, ... (then add your reporting skills ...etc).

If I were you and I am applying to a professional company, I would not consider my English as a skill as far as I have a BS in English !.

Please, spend more time on your resume and it is very important to show your communication skills in your resume by making it very clear and smooth for the reader

your education and experience are all what matters

then apply in jobs websites like B A Y T com and please don't tell them about the environment you want till you are done with the interview and you have a job offer
