UROLOGY CONSULTANT • Must have a University Degree or a recognized *****alent in Urology and must have a licensure for American Board of Urology or FRCS or *****alent. • Must have at least five years of Urology surgical experience after obtaining Board Certification or *****alent. • Must have a current license to practice Urology in permanent place of residence and to be in good general health and able to work extended hours under stress. 2. CARDIOLOGY CONSULTANT • Must have a University Medical Degree or a recognized *****alent in Internal Medicine with a sub specialization in Cardiology. • Must have a licensure for American Board of Internal Medicine with a sub specialization in Cardiology. • Must have at least five years of clinical experience in cardiology after obtaining Board Certification or *****alent. • Must have a current license to practice medicine in cardiology in permanent place of residence. 3. PERIODONTIST CONSULTANT • Must have a Masters Degree in dentistry from a recognized dental school. • Must have American Board certification or *****alent in Dentistry with sub-specialization in Periodontics. • Must have a current license to practice dentistry in permanent place of residence. • Must have a minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in Periodontics after obtaining board certificates or *****alent. 6.
