Our company is an urgent need of a project manager with minimum 4 years experience in strategic planning, engineering and operational. He will be in charge of:

* Develop and review Projects & Services policies and procedures and ensure their implementation, effectiveness and efficiency to meet the organizations set goals. needs and strategic objectives.
* Set the annual budget of the projects & services department.
* Set the department's annual objectives and monitor and assess their progress throughout the year.
* Ensures the application of facility planning methodologies for newly established facilities or improve already construed facilities.
* Assist PMU's in identifying risks and issues within projects and pr***de recommendations for mitigation action.
* Inspects and review construction projects to monitor compliance with building and safety codes. and other regulations.
* Carry out any other tasks and duties assigned by the CEO.
