Reviewing patient's medical history and chart.

Monitoring patient'sb lood temperaturec, omposition,a nd flow rate.

Observing equipment for proper operation.

Sharing on a rotational basis, the pr***sion of clinical perfusion services on call 24 hours.

chairman of the department.

Other duties may *******: Isolated limb/organ perfusion, Electrophysiological analysis, organ

preservationa, nimal lab proceduresa nd dialysis.

Follow all Hospital policies and procedures.

Participatesin self and others' education,t raininga nd developmenta, s applicable.

　 　 Bachelor Degree of Science plus a graduate of a perfusion program.

American Board certified or eligible.
