Recruited as a replacement for retiring electrician Vicente. 2 Electrician Assist Senior Electrician for any Electrical Work related to Office Modification / relocation. Critical Electrical troubleshoot work and Electrical preventive maintenance work. Reliever for Bldg. Maintenance Shift Technician if required. 3 HVAC Technician To perform and independently carry all jobs related to HVAC&R as a function of Bldg Main as assigned by Supervisors. 4 Senior Audio Visual Technician Operation and Maintenance of Audio & Video Conferencing, Lighting Dimming System, & network cabling 5 Audio Visual Technician Operation and Maintenance of Audio & Video Conferencing, Lighting Dimming System, & network cabling 6 Plumber Plumbing work support for the new SABIC Learning Academy. O&M of Washrooms, Toilets, Ablution Areas, Tea Rooms, Kitchen/Cafeteria. 7 AutoCAD Engineer Updating Bldg. Maintenance Drawings of all disciplines. Updating Bldg. floor plan signage. Preparing sketches of all office modification /reallocation *****.
