Account Manager-Major The Major Account Manager role is responsible for delivering a well-managed and growing business of customer accounts that drives yearly ******* targets and long-term ******* opportunities through demonstrated value to the customer, relationship and sales excellence practices and representing One Microsoft in the Government sector. The Major AM role is responsible for creating and maintaining account plans that define a vision/strategy for each account and gathering input into these plans from team members • Is responsible for continuously reinforcing the importance of adopting/deploying solutions. • The Major AM role defers to the customer for insights into business pains and opportunities. • The Major AM role defers to the manager for decisions on m***ng opportunities forward and escalating issues as needed. • Scale through teams and can sell to multiple locations. • The Major AM role must successfully sell into and develop relationships with customers across multiple industries with varied business processes and organizational objectives while managing complexity due to working with many internal MSFT teams. Skills: • Has passionate attitude for sales, technology and customers as an enabler for a company’s growth. • Is experienced in building partnerships that help customers grow their businesses and deeply understands customer relationship-building as a discipline. • Has the “discipline” of working with people; is structured in his/her approach to leading teams through complex technology solution sales. • Is experienced and adept at getting people working towards a common goal; consistently demonstrates strong people management skills. • Is a leader who consistently demonstrates integrity and honesty. • Has extensive change management experience. • Has in-depth knowledge of major accounts, their customers and their industry challenges. • Is organized with strong prioritization skills. • Is creative and innovative; Qualification: Min of 5 years sales experience ideally within the IT sector Has extensive experience of sales within the Saudi market mainly Education Sector Holding a Bachelor’s degree Proven track record in achieving & over achieving sales targets Experienced in building and maintaining relationships with customers and partners Saudi National required للتقديم https://careers.microsoft.com/jobdet...jlang=en&pp=ss منقول |
