Purchasing Manager
* Job Description:
Develop and recommend the Purchasing Policies and Procedures; Recommend Budget and Purchasing Plans; Approval of new / Existing Vendors qualification; Initial approval of Vendor’s Contracts; Approval of Purchase ****** (for certain amounts) and other relevant forms; Approval of Department Cost / Expenditures.
Assign jobs & set priorities; conduct performance appraisals; recommend disciplinary actions including terminations; recommend rewards, promotions & transfers; recommend & manage employee training; Approval of hiring candidates / applicants.
Job Responsibilities
Skills:
•Degree on Engineering, Supply Chain Management or its *****alent preferably with a master’s degree in Business Administration.
•Minimum 10 years relevant experience at Supply Chain, Materials Management or Logistics in an Air Conditioning Maintenance Service firm with at least 5 years experience in a managerial capacity.
•Extensive knowledge and experience in the best (global supply chain) practices.
•Working knowledge on the technical specifications and components of HVAC products is an advantage.
•Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic Language
•Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and Oracle based ERP systems a plus.
•Strong project management, leadership and analytical skills.
•Strong negotiation and networking skills.
•Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Sr. Consulting Engineer - HTMS ( Heat & Mass Transfer Solutions )
* Job Description:
•Conduct feasibility studies : efficiency studies, Performance evaluation etc.. For schemes related to process systems, energy conservation.
•Design and Engineering: Process review, study process flow diagram.
•Recommend schemes to optimize material\energy usage and maximize system throughputs and efficiencies.
•Assists client in equipment purchase \ vendor sourcing.
•Execute the project to customer satisfaction in liaison with various stake holders involving co-ordination with client and project team.
•Assist Division Head in Business Development related tasks; conduct seminars and customer meets
Job Responsibilities
Skills:
•Have 10-12 years' related experience.
•Bachelor in Chemical \ Machanical Engineer.
•Sound knowledge of all technical aspects, including thermal and mechanical design of heat and mass transfer equipment.
•Should have strong leadership and networking skills with proven credentials in ******* and profit improvemnts in a similar organization.
•Willing to travel to project sites as and when required.
