Executive Manger - Flagship Accounting

• Participates and recommends improvements to the departmental policies, processes and procedures and manages their implementation in own section to ensure all relevant procedural / legislative requirements are fulfilled.
• Leads and manages the retail financial operations to establish efficient management & control of the flagships.
• Directs enhancing the outlet’s financial operational processes in alignment with E-POS system for continuous improvement.
• Ensures the accounting processes and documents of the outlets are in compliance with the company’s accounting standards and financial policies and procedure.
• Manages and controls the Chart of Accounts of the outlets.
• Reviews & present monthly collections at the outlets in alignment with department & corporate strategy and ensures accurate and timely reporting of the month-end analysis.
• Ensures that all daily & monthly closing activities are being performed accurately, and in a timely basis.
• Directs the automation of all manual processes to be integrated with EPOS system
• Controls and manages end to end financial aspects of Retail Outlets across the kingdom viz.
• Reviews, establishes and maintains the required financial process, policies and procedures in coordination with Corp Affair and Finance Department.
• Forecasts the Retail Outlets’ financial activities and assesses strategies to enhance them
• Performs trend analysis for all outlets, and updates the senior management with necessary information and justifications for essential business decision making.
• Acts as department’s focal point of liaison and manages the internal/external audit requirements.
• Manages the effective achievement of division objectives by setting individual targets, developing and motivating staff, pr***ding of formal and informal feedback and appraisal - in order to maximize subordinate and department performance and transfer knowledge.
• Supervises the day-to-day operations of the department pr***ding guidance, encouraging teamwork and facilitating related professional work processes in order to achieve high performance standards
• Contributes to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of service line systems, processes and practices taking into account ‘ best practice’,
• Reviews and present all department reports according the requirements.
• Performs other related duties or assignments as directed.

المهارات

• Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA or MBA preferred.
• Min 7-8 years of progression experience in Finance domain. Including 2 to 3 years of managerial experience.
• Commercially aware and ability to interpret and analyse complex financial transactions.
