الغرض
The COOP Training is a unique opportunity for KFUPM students to gain real working experience along with developing the business and personal skills which will help you jumpstart your future career. The program is integrated into our longer-term staffing strategy, and we expect participants with an outstanding performance record to be strong candidates for future permanent employment with us. The NCB COOP Program will start in on June 8, 2013 and the duration of the program is 28 weeks.

المسؤوليات
* As a COOP Trainee you will be part of a real job experience in one of the various areas of the bank based on your major and area of interest:
- Management Information Systems
- Marketing
- Finance
- Accounting
- Industrial Engineering
* You will participate in a tailor-made development program including both on and off-the-job training
