1)Network Administrator ;
1. 5+ years of IT hands on experience in Design, Implementation, Administration and Management of multi-protocol, multi service, heterogeneous Network Infrastructure.
2. Specialization in handling LAN/WAN operations Fiber & Wireless and Microwave, Remote access, VPN & CISCO Unified Communication, VoIP
3. Expertise in configuring/troubleshooting various CISCO series routers, e.g. 29xx, 35xx, 37xx, 43xx, 47xx & 5xx, 18xx serious
4. Expertise in configuring WAN Optimization devices Peplink, Reverbed, etc….
5. Pr***des support to end-users by troubleshooting and repairing tickets, incidents, problems according to SLA. Work with Virtual Service Desk & Call Center to build Tracks & Logs as part from Knowledge management.
6. Performs system back-ups on a routine basis and maintains logs and records of pertinent activities.
7. Participates and pr***des consultative input necessary to properly plan and implement any and all related operational projects.
8. Certified CCNA, ITIL V3
2)Technical Support :
1. 5+ years of IT hands on experience, Serve as part from supporting team for troubleshooting, resolution of front office related devices in a 3000-user environment (Desktop, Laptops, Fax’s, Printers, MFP, Mobiles).
2. Call logging, assigning of calls, report generation and reviewing of Tickets raised
3. Experience with Manage Engine Service Desk Professional Solution is plus
4. Comprehensive knowledge and hands on experience in supporting Windows XP, 2000, 2k3, 2k8 Professional Operating Systems.
5. Set up *****tations, laptops, etc… for employees; configured systems, ensured network connectivity, and installed and tested hardware and software.

7. The role will involve tracking and managing of the IT Assets Inventory
