1- Executive secretary.



Qualifications:
Diploma in Business Degree or Business Managements.
Preferred a graduated from a GCC university or studied abroad.
At least 5 years of total work experience as a professional.
Previously worked as an Executive Secretary in one of the major companies for a minimum 2 years.
Experienced in maintaining the company documents and filing of the record documents.
The Candidate should have an exceptional interpersonal communicate skills.
Fluent English skills (writing, reading, speaking).
The ability to work under deadline within a multi-discipline team.
Computer skills, organizational and Microsoft office experience.
Would be able to work in a mix western environment under a big international company.
Females only.
3- Assistant secretaries.



Qualifications:
Diploma in Business Degree or Business Managements.
Preferred a graduated from a GCC university or studied abroad.
At least 2 years of total work experience as a professional.
Previously worked as an Assistant Secretary in one of the major companies for a minimum 1 year.
Experienced in maintaining the company documents and filing of the record documents.
Good English skills.
The ability to work under deadline within a multi-discipline team.
Computer skills, organizational and Microsoft office experience.

Would be able to work in a mix western environment under a big international company.
Females only.
