A good question from a good student

I had the same problem before

but I taught myself that I should learn E from its source

that's why I listen to as much E as possible
from native speakers

since we have no one to talk to

I advise you to turn to t.v & radio stations
English news.. movies or whatever u're interested in

you'll even get the accent >> American - British- Australian -
I like the Irish one
I don't know why

in time .. you'll find yourself more fluent
