Sister although we hope to learn English as much as possible and apply that in our daily life , we must but in mind all consideration to our religious basics ….
So I think it's very difficult for a Muslim to say "dear" for any women not one of his "MHAREEM
best wishes

using the term "Dear" in formal letters doesn't mean like there's going to be a love affair about to happen
you made it look like this is a huge violation of the Islamic morals that we all should respect >> i think it's no big deal
all the correspondences for major companies and business letters start this way ..
for example >>> when you receive an sms from the STC company
>> look at how they address you
Dear Client" you're about to exceed your limit"
"Dear Client" your invoice has been issued"
Does this mean that there's something fishy goin on?? >> I don't think so
it's just a polite expression .. nothing more
and if you're not convinced >> then how can we start the correspondence >> can u tell me that
is there any other word that we can use without being considered impolite
