 Handling all the outsourcing labourers issues
 Preparing the monthly outsourcing payroll and gathering all the related information.
 Communicating with the recruitment agencies across the region for new openings and follow up with the selected candidates.
 Ensuring the on-boarding procedures are properly completed till the new employee is mobilized to the assigned dept.
 Encoding the information for the new hires on the System (Oracle).
 Sending memos, emails to follow up with other functions the assigned tasks.
 Preparing the monthly probationary evaluation report for the newly hired employees
