GIB’s Young Professionals Development Program includes:
• Six Months training, mixture of theoretical and on the job training.
• On the job and off site learning and development opportunities
• Continuous professional development
• Coaching and Mentoring
• Performance Monitoring / Assessment
Please note that the training will take place in Bahrain for 3 to 6 months and accommodation will be pr***ded during this period then the training will be shifted to Dhahran.
