Job Description: Office Coordinator
Level: Staff Position
Benefits: To be determined
• This is Male only position
• Must be Saudi National
• Must be fluent in English
• High School Diploma required
General Purpose:
To pr***de general day-to-day support to Center Director, training consultants, trainees and external clients.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
The Center Secretary will be responsible for answering phones, accepting Center visitors at the front desk, and other administrative duties to be assigned by the Center Assistant Manager.
• Answer telephone
• Take and relay messages
• Pr***de information to callers
• Greet persons entering office
• Directions to persons coming to office
• Deal with queries from the public and customers
• Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness
• General administrative and clerical support
• Receive and sort mail and deliveries
• Schedule appointments
• Organize conference and meeting room bookings
• Maintain appointment diary electronically
• Organize catering
• Maintain the reception area
Minimum Requirements:
• He must have good communication skills, be fluent in Arabic and have good English (spoken and written).
• He must know how to use Microsoft word, excel and outlook applications.
• Command of English, spoken, written and able to read
• Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
• Knowledge of computers and relevant software applications
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
